? How It Works:

Gatman Services will contact you by phone once a month. All call & communication?s time shall be debited from the agreed-to Plan time. You may decide upon a pre-determined day and time. You may supplement the call with email or other supporting material. It shall be the responsibility of the client to follow-through with providing materials, if applicable.

You will receive content inclusion / modifications / web site management based on this phone conversation/information. In essence, we will act as informal journalists, inquiring about relevant or new information and transform these notes into cohesive web content and company elements that benefit your site / your business plan.

We will include inclusion and changes to text and narrative content, changes to and inclusion of photos and graphics, and cosmetic attention to details. (Non-Programming, inclusive of Database Management).

Should your instructions or information require more than the time allotted, we will advise you prior to making any changes.

Any Unused Time Shall Not Roll Over To The Next Month.

The incentive is to use the time - the immediacy of the medium. Should the client not provide changes or new data, Gatman Services shall, using its sole judgment, make changes and manage information upon or in relation to the web site objectives, in the available time.

These plans are not a substitute for technical feature management, server hosting management, programming changes, design or web coding upgrades.
